Jeremy Follweiler was approved and appointed to fill the vacancy for trustee area/divison 2 on Monday, March 25, 2024 by the Board of Directors. 

From Jeremy Steven Follweiler: 

My life's greatest achievement is hands down finding and marrying the love of my life Danielle.  Thirteen years of marriage and over twenty years together has blessed us with two truly amazing children and so many wonderful memories.

In my younger days I proudly served our country in the United States Air Force but chose to leave the moment I fell in love with my future wife. In my professional life I've learned many trades like machining for the aerospace industry, mechanical assembly, and research and development of complex oil and gas structures and assemblies.  My greatest professional adventure is my choice to become a School Bus Driver for my kids and all their friends for our local school district.  Being able to be right there as they grow up and to be of service to the community is an honor that words cannot describe.  

I am an avid angler and outdoorsman and I absolutely love to go camping with my family and friends.  I have lots of hobbies including cooking outside, writing, and many other creative endeavors. I can whip up fantastic tasty treats and meals on everything from a grill to a smoker and everything in between.  I love writing and will be publishing my first novel very soon. 

I  volunteered to serve our community at the Rim Recreation Department because as a child the recreation services I received in my home town were among the most positive and impactful memories of my life and it means a great deal to me to preserve those same services for everyone in our community.  I am very honored to be part of a team that works so hard to serve our local community and that gets to provide so many valuable programs, services, and events. I look forward to assisting in achieving great things for our local mountain communities and all its residents.  I thank our local communities for the chance to again be of service.
