Carly Korn is the Public Affairs Director and has worked for RIMREC for 10 years. In her role she makes sure the Park District’s services are communicated and made available to the public. She BELIEVES she is the “Leslie Knope*” of the Park District, but when it comes down to it, she KNOWS she couldn’t do much without her fellow colleagues. Korn received her BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations at Cal State University, Fullerton. Korn is inspired by people who are genuine and willing to lend a helping hand. She loves spending her free time at home with her husband Jonathan, son Seth, and daughter Arya. Korn also loves being outdoors, sitting around a campfire, trying new foods and beverages, dancing, singing, visiting with family and friends, and ultimately watching TV!
*Leslie Nope is a fictional character, and the main protagonist of the sitcom Parks and Recreation. This is one of Carly Korn’s favorite TV Shows.
