Join us for some spine-tingling fun and fright at Halloween in the Park | Fall Festival! Come for the thrills, stay for the chills, and celebrate Halloween and the fall season  in style. 

This year, we’re excited to announce a special partnership with Mountain Provisions to host a Fall Fest during the event! 

The event will be held at the Twin Peaks Rotary Centennial Park
675 Grandview Road, Twin Peaks, CA 92391

🎃 Become a Vendor!

Join us for Halloween in the Park | Fall Festival! We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, crafters, and community groups to join the fun.

Vendor applications are due by October 16, 2026. Space is limited.

• $40 vendor fee for vendors selling merchandise
• Free for vendors not selling merchandise
• All vendors must provide commercially packaged candy for approximately 500 attendees
• Vendors must also provide a game, craft, or activity for trick-or-treaters
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, EZ Ups, decorations, and other booth supplies
• No Wi-Fi or electrical outlets are available; battery-powered equipment is recommended
• This is not a Trunk-or-Treat. Vendor vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot
• Booths must remain open until the event concludes
• Halloween costumes are optional but encouraged! 👻
• The event is outdoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather
• No alcohol, tobacco-related products, drug paraphernalia, or items promoting illicit substances are permitted
