Join us for some spine-tingling fun at Halloween in the Park | Fall Festival! Come for the thrills, enjoy the fall festivities, and celebrate the Halloween season with us.

This year, we're excited to partner with Mountain Provisions to bring you a special Fall Fest during the event!

Event Schedule

3:00–8:00 PM | Vendor Market, Trick-or-Treating, Pumpkin Patch & Crafts
Explore the vendor market, enjoy trick-or-treating, visit the pumpkin patch, and get creative with fall crafts. Pumpkin Patch sponsored by Mountains Community Hospital.  

4:00 PM | Altitude Aerial Fitness Performance
Enjoy a special aerial fitness performance. Located in the Twin Peaks Community Center. 

4:00–8:00 PM | Mountain Transit Shuttle Service
Parking is available at the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station and Twin Peaks Community Church. Shuttle service will transport attendees to and from the park. The last shuttle pickup at the park will be at 7:45 PM. Sponsored by RIMREC. 

6:00 PM | Costume Contest
Show off your Halloween spirit and join the fun! Located in the Twin Peaks Community Center. 

6:45–8:00 PM | Moonlight After Dark Dance Party
Dance the evening away and celebrate Halloween with us! Located in the Twin Peaks Community Center.

Event Update: Haunted Hayride Cancelled

Please note that the Harich Field’s Haunted Hayride has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances affecting event preparations. We apologize for the change and appreciate your understanding.

The rest of Halloween in the Park | Fall Festival will take place as scheduled, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

🎃 Become a Vendor!

Join us for Halloween in the Park | Fall Festival! We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, crafters, and community groups to join the fun.

Vendor applications are due by October 21, 2026. Space is limited.

• $40 vendor fee for vendors selling merchandise
• Free for vendors not selling merchandise
• All vendors must provide commercially packaged candy for approximately 500 attendees
• Vendors must also provide a game, craft, or activity for trick-or-treaters
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, EZ Ups, decorations, and other booth supplies
• No Wi-Fi or electrical outlets are available; battery-powered equipment is recommended
• This is not a Trunk-or-Treat. Vendor vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot
• Booths must remain open until the event concludes
• Halloween costumes are optional but encouraged! 👻
• The event is outdoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather
• No alcohol, tobacco-related products, drug paraphernalia, or items promoting illicit substances are permitted
