Rules and Guidelines:
🚫 Items Unsafe or Inappropriate to Sell inside a public Park. Please do not bring the following items:
- Food or beverages (homemade or perishable) – Unless properly permitted and inspected.
- Large Furniture or appliances – Sofa, chairs, beds/mattresses, washer & dryers, etc.
- Opened or expired cosmetics or personal care products – May pose health risks.
- Used car seats or cribs – May not meet current safety standards or may have been recalled.
- Damaged or recalled electronics and appliances – Risk of fire or injury.
- Firearms, ammunition, weaponry, fireworks, or matches – Anything flammable and prohibited in public spaces.
- Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products – Not allowed on park property.
- Prescription or over-the-counter medications – Illegal to sell and unsafe.
- Hazardous chemicals (e.g., cleaners, pesticides, paint) – Can be toxic or improperly handled.
- Items with mold, pests, or strong odors – Health and sanitation concern.
- Pirated DVDs, copied CDs, or counterfeit goods – Violates copyright/trademark laws.
- Pornographic materials or adult items – Inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.
- Live animals or pets – Usually prohibited due to health and welfare concerns.
