Rick De Prisco, Finance Manager of ROWRPD, has been in this position for almost nine years.  Previously, he had been the accountant for the Ice Castle International Training Center in Lake Arrowhead/Blue Jay for nineteen years until it closed in 2013.  He is an East Coast transplant, moving to the mountains of Southern California originally in his earlier work on staff with a Christian mission organization.
