The 2020 Field Use meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 6:00pm and located at the District Office Meeting Room, 26577 State Hwy 18, Rimforest, CA 92378.
The meeting will cover all Park District fields from January 2020 – December 2020.
You must bring your calendar listing projected field use to the meeting for review and/or proposed schedule. If you can’t make it, please send someone from your organization to represent your proposed schedule. The Park District will not represent your league and will not accept schedules before December 11th..
If a comprise cannot be made for any conflicting schedules it will then be up to the Park District’s discretion.
After the field use meeting, field availability will be on a first come first serve basis.
