"Tumbling
with Theresa" will start April 7th, 2008
This class
is designed to heighten and develop body awareness as well as eye-hand
coordination, balance, physical fitness and social interaction.
It also develops strength, flexibility and rhythm through progressive
tumbling skills. Movement education is a wonderful
confidence-builder that improves each child's self-esteem.

Equestrian Clinic
The BASIC four
week clinic will consist of a hands-on opportunity to learn and
demonstrate the basics of being on and around horses. You will
learn about the importance of horse safety, how to approach a stabled
horse, lead the horse, proper tying, how to groom and tack up, as well
as mounting and dismounting techniques. You will learn to walk
your horse, riding, balance, turning, halting and riding a figure 8.
A certificate will be awarded upon completion.

Beginning
Gymnastics
will teach you coordination & balance, improve gross motor skills
& flexibility. You will
learn the forward and backward roll, cartwheels and pre-walkovers. You will also be taught skills on the uneven parallel bars
and the low balance beam. Classes

Music and Movement
Music
and Movement
is for an adult & child. This

programs in the Inland Empire for 10 years and has a Bachelor of Arts
degree in marketing.

Japanese
Karate - Do
Japanese Karate-Do is
an art form where you learn basic and advanced techniques of SHITO-RYU
KARATE, including various blocks, strikes, stances, kicks, sweeps,
throws, take downs, choke holds, joint locks, pressure points and
counter moves. Pre-registration is required before the

Polynesian Dance
Come learn the dances
and cultures of the Pacific Islands: Hawaiian, Tahitian, Maori and
Samoan. Both traditional (Kahiko) and Modern (Awana) hula dances are
